On a rainy Saturday night, the wife and I went to go see the Tribe take on the Royals. The game started an hour and a half late with the rain and we ended up leaving after the sixth inning with the Tribe leading 2-0. By the time we got to the car it was 2-2, and when we got home they were losing 4-2 which turned out to be the final score.
I just can't get into the Tribe. Nobody is hitting (outside of Victor who has been great so far), and they just aren't very exciting. We got a Cy Cy Sabathia bobble-head which was nice. Probably not a repeat performance this year from the hefty lefty as he is 1-5 with an era above 7. The Yankees or Angels will probably only offer him a $100 million dollar contract now next year.
Our six pack Tribe seats really aren't as good as last year either which stinks - Section 428 - Row 3.
On another note, here are my favorite Royals vs. Indians highlights, and possibly the greatest ninth inning ever by the Tribe.
