Well I didn’t want to go to this game, but Chris was in town from Florida and wanted to see his beloved Browns. And thinking back about it, we might never see a QB matchup like this again: Derrick Anderson vs. Charlie Frye, so that definitely helped. What else helped was they actually won the game.
All and all it was a pretty enjoyable game (not that cold, and no snow) as Jerome Harrison went crazy again on the ground, and the defense (bend don’t break) looked good for the most part This was actually their third win a row (won again the next weekend to close the season to bring it to four) so maybe it will continue into next season. Ha-ha, yeah right.
Sadly this is my last game as a season ticket holder for the foreseeable future. Paying for pre-season games, and trying to unload tickets three weeks in every year because the team is so pathetic is getting old. Maybe I will save this money every year for when they finally make Super Bowl C (100).
